- 1&1/2 cup oat flour
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tsp banana extract
- 4 egg whites
- 1 package of walnut slices
- 1 tsp all spice
- A lot of cinnamon! I like a lot so I put probably like 4 tbs
- 1/4 cup stevia/splenda
- 1 tbs water
- Mash the bananas with a fork
- Mix in a bowl all the dry ingredients
- Add the bananas and wet ingredients
- Mix well
- Spray the baking pan with pam
- Add the mixture to the pan and sprinkle some oats on top
- Pre-heat the oven to 350
- Bake for 20 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean
