39 Weeks | Final Bumpdate & Maternity Photos
Everyday I'm Waddlin'!
I'm officially 39 weeks and actually pretty surprised I am still pregnant! This pregnancy has been my most uncomfortable and I've had lots of contractions early on, leading me to believe that baby would join us on the earlier side. Siena came on her own at 38 weeks ready to go and hasn't slowed down since!! I was induced with Noah at 39 weeks because of my blood pressure suddenly elevating, so this is the most pregnant I have ever been! It is crazy how each pregnancy and baby is so different. Maybe this means this baby will be laid back and chill ; ) a mom can dream, right?
Or maybe it just hears the chaos happening on the outside and feels it's siblings jumping on my belly all day that it's scared to come out haha. I don't blame ya, there baby.
I apparently look giant because the looks I have received the last few days have been like I might explode at any second. I have had someone ask me if I am overdue because the baby is so low and just lots of other comments about if I am close to being done. You know, what every pregnant person wants to hear! ha.
SYMPTOMS
Lots of contractions. Hoping this is leading me to labor soon! I don't get the real deal super painful ones until my water breaks, but they are definitely getting more intense as the days go by! I was in for monitoring last week (I'll share more on this later if it turns into anything) but I was contracting every 6 minutes, so hopefully that is making me progress!
Freakin' HEARTBURN. I am so over it. I have never had heartburn before so I know it could be way worse, but I went from just getting it in the evenings to pretty much all day. I feel like big chunks of fire are just stuck in my throat. yuck. This kid better have more hair than it's siblings did at birth or I might be a little annoyed haha.
I am still so tired. This pregnancy has been a doozy as far as tiredness goes. At least I'll be ready for a newborn! <-----sarcasm :)
Lot's of pressure since baby has dropped super low.
Just basically all the fun end of pregnancy stuff! Unisom is my best friend to avoid insomnia and from tossing and turning from being so uncomfortable.
CRAVINGS
I am currently dying for a strawberry Fanta haha, but I have to drink bubbles at my own risk...because, heart burn.
Fries with chic fila sauce and ice cream. Ya, know all the healthy stuff! ;) I am still drinking lots of shakes tho to fill in those gaps!
WEIGHT GAIN
I've been packing it on now that I am at the end. I didn't gain anything for the longest time. Now I am up about 20-25 lbs. Def not as bad as it could be but I started out much heavier than my "normal". I am excited to get back into working out once baby is here and I am all healed. I am a huge believer in not rushing your postpartum body!
DEAR BABY,
We are so excited to meet you! Boy or girl, you are already SO loved. Your big brother and sister talk about you all the time and I know you will fit right into our crazy little clan. Although this pregnancy and just life in general has been a little bit rough at times, I know that you are exactly what we need in this moment. A perfect blessing planned by God. You are an answered prayer. I dream of what your face will look like, if you'll have hair when you're born and if you'll look more like your big brother or sister (or maybe a combo of both?!). The anticipation is getting real, but I am content having you wait until you are ready to join us. Until then I'll continue to feel you hiccup and dance inside my belly. I can't wait to kiss your cheeks and cuddle you close. We love you little one!!
MATERNITY PHOTOS
I almost didn't get pictures done this time, but decided I might regret it later so I booked some last minute! I am 36 weeks in these and pretty big looking. I am so glad I did it tho. This is our first baby born in the states and in Arizona at that, so we tried to go for more desert looking pics this time. Love how bright they turned out!
The kids look so cute! It is kind of hard to believe Siena will be a big sis soon! She loves using this belly as a pillow, but I think she will be thrilled to have a baby around. Noah is excited but I don't think he really cares either way. I am excited to see them with their new baby soon and embrace the total chaos that I am sure it will be!
My not to little baby girl! She is so tall!
One of my favs!
I love this picture SO much! Siena can be so shy even tho she has the goofiest personality, so I am excited she got one of her smiling and one of Robbie's real smile too! They are the cutest.
Love how the kids are looking at each other!
So blessed to have babies with the love of my life!! He is the best daddy.

32 Week Bumpdate
I am 32 weeks and 1 day today! I can't believe I have 8 weeks or less until this sweet baby arrives. I am betting my husband that the baby will arrive the first week of May so I am guessing I have 6 weeks left. I am so excited to hold and snuggle a new baby, but I'm really hoping I can get more rest before this little one arrives.
SYMPTOMS
I am SO tired these days. Thankfully I am not as tired as I was in my first trimester but I am napping most days and can't stay up past 9:30 at night. My husband has been getting up with the kids to help me get a little extra sleep and that makes a world of difference. We moved back to Arizona and have been staying with my inlaws until we can get a house. The kids have to share a room right now and they have really done awesome, but Siena can sometimes wake up and be a little noisy. Typically I would just let her work it out because she is never crying (just talking) and she will fall back to sleep, but with Noah in the same room I don't want him to wake up so I go in and get her settled. I will be so happy to have them in separate rooms again soon because then I won't need monitors for their room (besides Noah if he needs to go potty). We have had a lot of sickness since moving too and that has really effected everyones sleep as well. Overall, the kids have adjusted fairly well to the move and I hope they adjust just as well when we move into our new house.
I am having TONS of Braxton hicks contractions. Some of the time its just the usual belly tightening and other times it feels like menstrual cramps or even real contractions. I get pretty uncomfortable at night from the baby bouncing around and the Braxton hicks.
I am always so HOT! Arizona weather is amazing right now but it already feels like summer to me. haha.
This pregnancy has been trying for sure. I was not feeling great for a lot of it and then we have gone thru a lot of big life changes, having sassy toddlers and you have my hormones all over the place. I usually have such an even mood during pregnancy and I am rarely in a bad mood. This time I am grumpy a lot. I think it is partly because I feel so tired all the time. I am just thankful my husband can handle me and loves me anyways! haha!
CRAVINGS
I haven't been having that many crazy cravings these days! Mostly just my usual sweet tooth. I am glad that some of the things I was really wanting in the beginning (like dr. pepper) have subsided, but pizza is always a good idea in my book!!
WEIGHT GAIN
I have gained 17 lbs so far. I have definitely put on the weight in my third trimester! I will have quite a bit to lose postpartum to get back to where I feel comfy but I am actually looking forward to the challenge!!
HEY BABY
I love how active the baby is and I can't wait to see him/her with it's siblings! It has the hiccups at least 3 times per day! If it's sleep schedule is anything like it is on the inside when it arrives, it is safe to say I won't be getting much rest at night. Baby is SO active when I am trying to sleep and sometimes in the middle of the night. I am measuring a week ahead as of now and we got to see the baby 2 weeks ago and it's estimated weight is 3.5 pounds. I am excited to see what this baby will end up weighing at the end! It looks a lot like both of it's siblings depending on the angle. I can't believe we are so close to meeting this little one!!

22 week bump date! Half way thru second trimester
This pregnancy is flying by! Noah and Siena keep me so busy during this season of life, and with all the holidays that just passed it feels like so many weeks just snuck past me. I am 22 weeks as of yesterday and have officially popped!! This is the stage where you're cute pregnant haha so I will enjoy it before I become massive ;) You might have picked up on it, but we're not announcing the gender this time around! We are so excited for the day we meet this baby boy or girl!
SYMPTOMS
Oh man, this pregnancy has been so different than my last 2!! I was pretty sick (but never actually threw up) in my first trimester. The second trimester came and I was SO relieved and hoping for some relief! But then around 15 weeks I began experiencing hormonal migraines. Again, something I have never had in the past. It was awful. I would wake up with a headache and go to bed with one. The doctor prescribed me something around 17 weeks when I couldn't take it anymore but then they got better! Crazy hormones!
My belly has officially popped and it is already feeling heavy. It will be interesting to see how big I get and how big this baby is. I have pretty average sized babies but who knows! I am guessing this will be my biggest baby so far. I can still wear my pre pregnancy pants but I did get one pair of full panel leggings and I have to say, I love the support they give my belly so I will prob invest in more maternity bottoms soon.
The lower back pain has kicked in on occasion as well as major ligament pain. My ligament pain has been different as well. I was concerned with the cramping and brought it up to my OB... it's just ligament pain thankfully, but Ive always had it in my groin area and never cramping in my lower belly. I guess my uterus is still pretty high so that explained it! I notice my ligament pain is worse on the days the kids are wanting to be held a lot. This whole having kids close together is rough but I am SO excited!
My headaches have mostly cleared up but Ive had a permanent cold for what feels like months. I keep getting new symptoms or recirculating the old, but I have never blown my nose so much in my life!! I feel like my energy is finally way better most days, but because of the sickness in first trimester, headaches in second and now permanent cold I have not been working out like I wanted to. But I am not being hard on myself because I know that it's never too late to start! I am hoping to get back into some movement this week! Even if it's just going for walks...very cold walks because it's freezing here in Utah.
CRAVINGS
The craziest thing I have been craving is spicy food! I have been wanting jalapeños on my pizza which I normally don't love jalapeños and buffalo chicken...with a side of pickles haha. In the moment I am sweating and my mouth is on fire while I contemplate WHY I wanted this in the first place, but then my mouth cools off and I am wanting it all over again. haha.
Also, grapefruit! I have been buying the cups of grapefruit and drinking the juice too. mmmm haha so weird!
WEIGHT GAIN
Shockingly I haven't gained any weight so far! This is pretty surprising to me, but I think my body just already has what it needs for pregnancy. If I don't gain until the end that will be great for me when it's time to get back into shape post partum! I just haven't stressed about it this time and that helps so much. I mean my body does what it wants when I am pregnant no matter what I do, so might as well not stress over it. I am active and healthy and will lose it all at some point!
HEY BABY
I am loving feeling this baby jump around. It is super active especially when I stretch out after meals or before bed. This is the most recent ultra sound picture from about 3 weeks ago! I am due for my anatomy scan and should get even more pictures. That has to be my favorite part about this pregnancy is seeing baby so much! Such a treat :)
I love this baby so much already and can't believe we only have 4 months until we meet!!

15 week bump date!
15 weeks and baby is the size of an avocado
AH! 15 weeks with baby 3 already! It's crazy how the weeks can be so long yet time is flying by. This babe will be in our arms before we know it. I am SO excited but also like whoa! 3 kids?! This is a crazy season in every aspect but I am fully embracing it. I have always wanted a "big" family. When I really think about what I've wanted to be when I grow up it has always been a mama, so I guess I'm livin' the dream :)
SYMPTOMS
I am SO happy the first trimester is over! Like so happy. This pregnancy has been so different than my last 2 in so many ways. The first trimester was rough. I started out sooo exhausted and needed to nap every day. I basically got thru the beginning of the day knowing I could nap to get thru the second half. I started feeling sick pretty early on. I was nauseous for a short time with siena but I could usually get it under control, and it was pretty short lived. This baby would make me sick at any given time of the day and it would come in waves. Sometimes I'd feel sick because I needed to eat and sometimes what I ate would send me over the edge. bleh. I would never throw up...just felt like I needed to, which is almost worse!! I am hoping those days are over! Each day I feel a little better.
I have an extremely sensitive gag reflex. I had one with Siena but not this bad! In fact, the only time I threw up during this pregnancy was when I had a bad dry cough that made me start dry heaving. I couldn't stop because of my sensitive gag reflex and it turned to me puking. I am so glad that cough is gone!!
My skin has been breaking out here and there but nothing too terrible.
CRAVINGS
I haven't had any crazy out of the ordinary cravings this time. More like food aversions. I haven't wanted very much meat. Especially in the beginning. Everything smelled so gross. I did desperately want chips and queso yesterday and my sweet friend and neighbor brought me some! Oh, soda. I hardly ever drank it before and tried to stick to mostly water (and coffee ;) ) but an ice cold dr. pepper to cherry coke sounds sooo good most of the time. I know, face palm. Thankfully I have still been loving my amazing shakes and bars to get in the good nutrition between the cheese and soda ;)
WEIGHT GAIN
Nothing so far! I know, crazy right?! I was actually shocked to see I lost 2 lbs at my doctors appointment the other day. Again, just shows how different this pregnancy is! I usually gain a lot in the first trimester, but I am starting out quite a bit heavier than my "normal" weight. I basically went from breastfeeding Siena to being pregnant that I think my body and hormones are a little confused. I am hoping to gain as little as possible this time so I don't have as much to lose after, but we all know that that is easier said than done!!
WORKOUTS
I have barely worked out this whole pregnancy besides spinning a few times and a couple lifting sessions. I have felt so sick or tired that nap time came before workouts. It has been so hard on me because that is my "me" time and therapy, but I know soon enough I'll be back at it. I am hoping this week or next!!
HEY BABY
It's so exciting that I get to see this baby with every doctors appointment! In Italy I only got to see my babes at the 20 week scan and it wasn't 3D or anything fancy! I love that we are experiencing this this time. It makes me feel more connected for some reason. Check out that babe's long legs!! I have thought I have felt flutters but I wasn't sure and now I am certain, because look at those legs!! It is measuring 2 days ahead compared to last time. I am also blaming the legs ;) I wonder if this will be my biggest baby?!
I love you so much already baby 3! Can't wait to see you at my next check-up!!

37 weeks & Ready to Pop!
How Far Along? 37 weeks!
Weight Gain? You guys, I am shocked at the scale. I went to the doctor and have almost gained 60 lbs! I can't even believe it but I know I'll be able to lose it so I'm not too stressed. Just a little shocked about how my body loves to pack it on when pregnant!
Workouts? Other than walking I am not working out and it is driving me crazy! I feel so antsy but when I workout I start to contract so I needed to take it easy. I was bummed to have to cancel my spin class but it was getting pretty uncomfortable and last week I was cramping so I decided to play it safe so this baby wouldn't come too early.
Maternity Clothes? Nope, living in dresses and skirts and my husbands basketball shorts basically belong to me at this point haha.
Sleep? I never had sleep issues when I was pregnant with Noah but this time around has brought some rough nights. Aside from being uncomfortable, I seem to wake up some nights and lay there awake for sometimes hours! It is awful. I haven't woken up to pee this whole pregnancy until this last week and now it's multiple times a night! So most days I am pretty tired and need a nap when Noah is napping.
Best Moment of The Week? Going to the doctor and learning I'm already 1 cm dilated! Hoping this babe will be here sooner than later!
Cravings? I'm not having a lot of cravings lately and I am actually having a hard time wanting to eat dinner. Breakfast and lunch I'm pretty hungry but dinner time I'm tired and just not in the mood to eat!
Symptoms? Contractions! Some that stop me in my tracks. Lots of using the bathroom to pee. My belly has dropped a lot, pressure and this may be TMI but I think I lost my mucus plug.
Looking Forward To? Meeting this babe and hopefully soon!! Noah's birthday is tomorrow which will be so much fun. I'm hoping next week is game time and we'll have little sister here with us. I can't wait for Noah to meet his sister!

Family/Maternity Photos
Family photos are my favorite! I am usually the one behind the camera trying to get Noah to smile so it was nice to have someone else doing it. The day of the photoshoot Noah was being pretty naughty so I honestly didn't have high hopes for these photos. Thankfully he was SO good and was even saying, "cheeeese" for the camera. By the end he was over it but that's when we were just photographing me and it was getting close to bedtime. I'm grumpy when I'm tired too, buddy. Also, it was HOT. We had been fighting with the weather for these photos and had actually had them scheduled a few days earlier but it loves to rain here in Italy. The day was looking good and we had good lighting but man was it humid. I don't agree with humidity and never will. Arizona girl thru and thru. Add in pregnancy and I am a sweaty beast. I was a bit nervous my makeup was going to melt off and I was going to look literally "a hot mess" lol but they turned out better than I expected.
What?! We're all looking And smiling?! One of my favs for sure!
What?! We're all looking And smiling?! One of my favs for sure!
This sweet boy will always be mamas boy!
I love this one!!
My almost 2 year-old and little sister!
These ones truly feel like a fairy tale. I love this man so much
This is probably our last time getting professional photos done while living in Italy (besides newborn photos that won't be outdoor) so I really wanted to have Italy as the main backdrop for these photos. I love them! This town is only 15 mins from our house and so pretty. We hiked up to an old torn down castle for the ones of just me. Only in Europe can you say that. I sure will miss this place! So thankful we got to photograph this exciting time while here. Can't wait to meet the babe cookin' in this big belly. This season of life is such a blessing!

32 weeks
How Far Along? 32 weeks 3 days
Weight Gain? 40+ lbs. I haven't been weighed since my last doctors appointment but I go on Friday to see the damage! Haha.
Workouts? I am pretty much only working out 3 days a week but it has been feeling like a good routine! I teach spin on Mondays and do modified crossfit on Wednesdays and Fridays. Also, my toddler is keeping me active on the off days.
Maternity Clothes? Not anymore. Since it's summer time I am wearing lots of skirts and dresses. Occasionally my maternity leggings.
Sleep? I wake up a lot which is not a normal thing for me so I feel a lot more tired by the end of the day. This chick never stops moving so sometimes I feel that when rolling over. If my ligament pain is bad then I'll wake up trying to get comfortable. We don't have central AC in our house so I'm trying to stay cool which some nights is a battle! It's making me dream of fall a lot faster than usual.
Best Moment Of The Week? I've been getting a lot of fun baby mail lately which always brightens my week! Makes me super excited for her arrival.
Cravings? Im not really having any cravings lately. A lot of times I don't feel like eating hot foods or meat so I'm thankful that I can make shakes that give me all the protein I need.
Symptoms? On and off ligament pain, pressure and Braxton hicks to name a few. This time my Braxton hicks have been more intense. Sometimes I feel like I'm having menstrual cramps and I feel my whole belly tighten and I never felt that with Noah. I am definitely getting to the point of being ready for pregnancy to be over. More days than not I just don't feel like myself. I never felt that way when I was pregnant with Noah. Other than being huge and swelling towards the end I had no crazy symptoms. The other day I took Noah down the water slide at the pool and I landed on my feet but one foot slid out from under me and I almost did the splits! Mama is too stretchy to be going down the slides. I felt like I ripped my hoo-ha (sorry TMI) in half and was limpin out of the pool. I am so ready to just feel like me again!! And she has a dance party 24/7. Noah was active but nothing like this. I hope this isn't predicting that she'll never sleep!
Looking Forward To? We are hopefully taking our maternity pictures today if the weather holds up! I am excited to take our last professional pics here in Italy before moving to Utah (other than newborn photos). It is so bittersweet!!
