Today is usually a rest day for me but I was feeling restless. So while the hubby watched the Giants game I headed outside with my jump rope.
I challenged myself and welcome you to try it out yourself! I love jump roping because it works my calves and my abs like no one's business! It's a great way to switch up your cardio routine.
Sunday Jump Rope Challenge:
1,000 JUMPS
Sounds like a lot but it's not bad. I did 10 sets of 100 with 30 seconds of rest in between!
BAM! Sweaty mess and your muscles are on fire!
