Hey everyone! Sorry for being MIA from the blogging world.
As some of you might know, I took some time off from blogging because I was spending time with my husband before he left for basic training.
He's been gone for 2 weeks now and it's been a lot harder than I anticipated. I took more time off than I wanted because my blogging time has switched to letter writing time. I write Robbie everyday and although I haven't received a letter myself yet, I know it's more important he gets mail. I have a pretty big support system here and he has a bunch of dudes so I know he's counting on my letters.
I've stayed dedicated to my fitness goals even thru this hard time. I'm trying to stay as busy as possible to make the days pass faster. Plus I want to blow him away at his BMT graduation in 6 weeks.
I now have cardio twice a day. I go train in the AM and do cardio after and then cardio again after school. It keeps me busy and tired!! Robbie told me to stay focused on my goals the day he left so that's my main motivation right now. When I wake up I don't snooze as much because I remember he's been up for a few hours longer already and has worked twice as hard as me.
I have good days and bad days but I stay true to my emotions. I'm normally an emotional eater and I know many of you out there struggle with it as well but if you turn to fitness, writing or even crying it out you will feel so much better!
I'm going to start blogging again and talk to all of you about my show prep. I'm about to start week 6 and I'm super excited!

Glad you are back in action on here again E! Great work. You are great at goal setting and planning- you will be successful at whatever you put your mind to. I'm so proud of you and I know Robbie is too. Keep feeling out those feelings girl! :) xoxo
