Some days I get to crossfit, at home I lift and do a lot of circuit training. I was wanting to add in more cardio to my routine. Not because I needed to but because I want to! I remembered that I used to love going to spin class so I thought I'd give it a try here. I am so glad I did! So far I've gone twice last week and once this week. I do things when I can and when my hubby is home to watch Noah. The class on Thursdays is so fun. The teacher plays the music so loud and pushes you to your limit! Such a fun way to get in cardio and switch it up.
I also did a "butts and guts" class last week. Can you guess what we worked on? Again so fun and just what I needed. Sometimes you also need a little interactions with others.
So if you're in a fitness rut or lacking motivation I encourage you to take a class this week! Fitness is supposed to be fun and not feel like a chore. Find what you love and do THAT!
