I battled with this thought for the 1st week that I was home from my honeymoon. I was in a funk. I didn't find purpose in working out or eating like I usually do. I kept thinking, "are people still going to care now that the wedding is over?"
Well, after a lot of thinking and talking to Robbie and Rachael about it I realized that I started my page for a reason, and people follow me for a reason. It wasn't just for the wedding. Yes, it kept me on track and I hope I helped motivate others during my journey to my wedding day but now I think the hardest part of my journey has just begun.
That is after the wedding. The wedding was just one small step in many miles to come. Now my motivation will be pulled from deep inside me because I will continue this life style for myself and not just an event. I have a passion for health, fitness and helping others. I get the most JOY from receiving messages and emails from people who have questions and reach to me of all people to help them. That makes me feel purpose and a reason to continue growing. If I can motivate just one person then I know I have a purpose.
It is time to create some new goals because without goals you won't grow or get better. I always want to get better and in order to do that I have to create a goal greater than the last.
Here is my new before pic. This took a lot for me to post because it's not great but it will keep me accountable. Like I said, it's time for some growth : ) I have a major goal in the works...hehe ; )
What are some goals you are working on? How do you keep on track even when you want to throw in the towel? Leave me a comment!
I appreciate everyone's support and I am so excited to continue this journey with everyone! Just a reminder that I created a new email for all your questions: determined2bfitE@gmail.com
