How Far Along? In this pic 15 weeks 1 day. This belly is crazy ya'll.
Weight Gain? ???
Workouts: Crossfit and Spin. I have also been adding in a little more lifting specifically for back, bis and tris. Sometimes cross fit class is fast depending on the WOD so I stick around for more cardio and lifting. Next month when I get back from the states I will begin teaching my own spin class on Fridays! So excited and so nervous! Time to put my certifications to good use.
Maternity Clothes: This outfit is not anything maternity. Surprised my pants are still buttoning ok. I had to whip these ones out for spring! I am debating a maternity swim suit for Arizona but I'll have to see. A trip to target will be in order!
Sleep: Other than my little man waking up earlier than usual the last 2 weeks sleep has been great!
Best Moment This Week: My sister had her baby! Corbin Jace and he's so sweet. I can't wait to cuddle him when we visit. It makes me very excited for our newest addition to join us.
Cravings: Still craving sweets but making a legit effort to clean up my diet. My eating was out of control for a week or two there. I now reach for grapefruit instead of ice cream, a chocolate decadence IsaLean bar instead of chocolate and the isadelights have been amazing. I feel so much better and my bump feels smaller most mornings. I don't want to have to lose a lot of extra unnecessary weight. I was doing amazing before I got pregnant so I know I can do it now!
Symptoms: Still having a little ligament pain but it wasn't as bad this last week. If I get too full I'll feel very uncomfortable and feel like I need to lay down to stretch the belly. Tiredness is here and there but better now that I am in the second trimester!
Looking Forward To: My hubby's days off this week. We miss daddy around here!
