Weight Gain? You ready for this? Since I am a complete open book and want to be honest about my pregnancy and post partum journey I have no issue discussing weight gain! I went to the doctor a few weeks ago and I am up 30 lbs. Yep, you read that right. I def don't feel like I have gained that much but I am not worried at all. I WILL lose it all just like I did with Noah. Having a healthy babe is my top priority. I fuel my body right, exercise and have a balance of indulgences. Water weight is also my thing when pregnant so it will be interesting to see how much is just water. With Noah it was 35 lbs worth!
Workouts? Same as usual. Spin classes, modified cross fit and some lifting. I am really watching for any pressure on my pelvic floor to know when to go lighter. I also do my core breathing whenever I can.
Maternity Clothes? Now that it's warming up I'm mostly wearing maxi dresses and buying things a size or 2 up. Not much maternity clothes happening in summer. I found some awesome shorts that I can wear below my belly.
Sleep? Still sleeping great :)
Cravings? Coffee ice cream is my jam right now
Best Moment This Week? Definitely when Noah was loving on my belly. He lifted my shirt and exaggerated the "Muuuahhh" and hugs it. SO sweet!! I can't wait to see him with sister!
Symptoms? Ligament pain here and there but just mostly feeling large and in charge. She has definitely made her appearance known as we approach the THIRD trimester...what?!
Looking Forward To? Finally finding out if we'll be having baby girl here in Italy or moving to the states first.
