I think I'm looking ready to pop because everywhere I go people tell me he looks low and ready to arrive anytime. I can't tell you how many people asked me how much longer I have left yesterday! It's pretty funny the looks I get in the gym now too. Don't worry, I don't plan on having him there! Haha.
I am just so excited to meet him! I'm also excited to have all my shoes fit again! Haha! I wear one pair of sandals and one pair of workout shoes...tied loosely. Do what ya gotta do! I'm laughing because I know the end is near :)
So I mentioned last week I was happy I didn't gain weight at my doc appointment. In no way am I saying it's a bad thing to gain in your final weeks, but I've gained enough weight already that extra pounds are just unnecessary at this point. Yes, I will share how much once I'm done.
I've been having a balanced diet and treats a few times a week (pizza was our treat meal yesterday). It has made a big difference to be more aware. Not obsessive but aware. Happy I'll be in a great routine once baby P is here.
So here's my second WIAW:
1- Strawberry protein pancakes and a banana
2- Cottage cheese with mandarin oranges (I've been loving this snack and if I'm feeling crazy I sprinkle some cinnamon on top)
3- Chicken balsamic wrap and rice cakes
4- Broiled pork with brown rice and a salad
5- Greek yogurt & nuts (not pictured)
6- Quest bar
My appetite was pretty intense today. I try to practice intuitive eating and drink a lot of water before going for a snack but clearly I need the fuel!
