M#1- 1 slice ezekiel bread toasted with all natural peanut butter and 4 egg white omelette
M#2- carb master yogurt and 100 cal pack almonds
M#3- Brown rice cake w nut spread and half a banana
M#4- 4 oz tilapia with no sugar added sauce and spinach and sweet potatoes
M#5- White albacore tuna w green beans and dijon mustard
M#6- Steamed shrimp and vegetables- YES! I got this from a chinese restaurant! Pay attention to menus. When the rest of the family is enjoying fried egg rolls and cho-mein there are still options for us clean eaters!
I will probably drink a casein shake before bed because I plan on going and destroying my legs tonight!
I've noticed that when I focus really hard on clean eating, getting in my meals and drinking all my water I seem to be EXTRA hungry. Especially on days when I do my AM cardio ( like today) and train. When you are eating whole unprocessed foods it's ok to have an extra meal if necessary as long as it's healthy! You can never get enough veggies!
